CAESER partnered with Innovate Memphis (previously named the Mayor’s Innovation Delivery Team, MIDT) to assist with mapping and analysis for their Neighborhood Economic Vitality group. CAESER worked with state and local agencies to develop methods and protocols to process and distribute sensitive information so that it provided Innovate Memphis with the information required for their analyses while meeting anonymity requirements.

CAESER’s primary role on this project has been to provide technical and analytical support and to develop a series of visualizations that assist Innovate Memphis with developing innovative strategies for revitalizing distressed neighborhoods throughout the city of Memphis. In support of these activities, CAESER worked with state and local agencies to develop methods and protocols to process and distribute sensitive data so that it provided Innovate Memphis with the information required for their analyses while meeting state anonymity requirements.
