Good Morning TN Water Portal Users,
SUBJECT: Water Use Portal Scheduled Maintenance, June 1, 8am CDT/ 9am EDT
We hope everyone is doing well.
We want to make you aware that on June 1, (Tuesday) at 8am CDT/ 9am EDT, the Water Use Portal (https://tdec.caeser.memphis.edu/auth/login/) will have scheduled down time for an indefinite amount of time. We are preparing to upgrade the Water Use Portal to increase stability and to move to a new URL.
During this maintenance window, the Water Use Portal will be inaccessible. This may impact reporting period submissions. The Water Use Portal may be down during the pumpage reporting time period. If this occurs, continue collecting the data and hold off reporting until you receive another notification. This includes submitting paper pumpage reports.
Once the upgrade is complete, another email will be sent containing the new URL and any other important instructions. Once this email is sent, users will be able to enter data again.
